It is located on the second floor and has 1 queen bed, a big balcony with spectacular view, A/C, fan, wi-fi, safe, smart TV with cable service, private bathroom with hot water. Fully equipped kitchennette with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, mini-oven, and a variety of cooking utensils and tableware.
Additionally the property has for guests:
- Parking space
- Pool with deck and large garden
- A common laundry room: 1 washer and 1 dryer. $5 per load cost, it does not include detergent.
Great for holidays or business people who need a small apartment for a short term without having to sign a lease or furnish an apartment.
Our availability is permanent, for any assistance that guests require. Also, on the property we have an office, in which there is always a person available during business hours for any questions or assistance.
