Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theater and near the main highway to the airport and to main sightseeing in Costa Rica.
Located in the 1st floor, the loft has: 1 queen bed, A/C, cable TV, wireless internet, private bathroom, closet, safe box, equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, kitchen appliances, microwave oven, coffee maker, and small oven. Also a small dining table and a futton that serves as lounging sofa or as a bed for accommodating a 3rd person or kid.
The property has a great pool with deck and large garden, enabled for the use of the Loft renters.
Free parking for 1 car per Studio.
Shared laundry room with washer and dryer for the all lofts. ($5 per load, detergent not included)
