"This was the first time we stayed at this hotel, we read a lot of reviews and compared different hotels before making our decision. We really loved staying at this hotel because it was like 10 minutes away from the airport and our flights to and from Santiago were extremely early. We were able to check in early for a small fee which included breakfast since we arrived during breakfast hours. My husband and I would like to recognize Miguel at breakfast who took care of us every single morning making us fresh omelets. He was so polite, friendly and professional. He really made us feel welcomed and special. Also Ivelise was wonderful and helpful, she took care of us at dinner time and did an excellent job. Eddie and Jean from the front desk were excellent and friendly too. Everyone at this hotel was friendly, professional and always had a smile and greeted us whenever they saw us. The pickup and drop-off at the airport was very easy and convenient. At the pickup we received two bottles of cold water and we were so thirsty after we got off the plane that it felt amazing the way Hodelpa was taking care of us before checking in. My husband and I would definitely stay here again, thank you so much, your guests Patricia & Joey"
