"There was an empty bottle of water, water flow in the shower was not good and no hot water, washer needs to be changed the soap dispenser was broken off no where to put the detergent. Had a hard time speaking with the security guard at the gate to get entry to the room. I did not see any shopping attached to the building as mentioned in my hotel details also the Mountain view was seen between buildings not a clear view. "The property was amazing! It is a very well kept, and clean property. The room was really really big and comfortable. The views… omg! The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is an amazing property to relax and disconnect from the city. Perfect romantic getaway as well. And the restaurant - no words to describe it. The restaurant prices were very fair and the food was really really good. The hotel included a breakfast and they have an entire menu to choose from, we tried several options and they were all delicious. Will definetly be coming back to this charming hotel. Staff mentioned they were working on a pool or jacuzzi and if this is so, it is going to be even more perfect. The only thing I would suggest- have front desk staff that can help out a little more with coordination and recommendations."

"Room was outdated and found a barely dead roach in my room river view. But the view was good and didn’t have any issues with any other bugs in my room. Staff is nice. Only down side is in restaurant to drink my own wine with food I ordered from them they wanted me to pay them 60% of their list price of that bottle. So what I paid for bottle +just give them like $15-20 because I didn’t buy from them. Restaurant has an amazing river view"
