"Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service. "

"The owners are fantastic hosts -- they go way above and beyond to give you the best experience!!! Not only do they provide a very clean and comfortable and extremely affordable place to stay, but they will walk around the community with you to show you highlights, they will help to arrange transportation, and offer suggestions of how and where to find what you are looking for!! This is a very convenient place to stay if you are wanting to head into Otovalo. The Araque area and San Pablo area are some of the nicest and friendliest places I have ever been to. We will definitely return!!!!"
