"The most property is very good for family, there are many activities for children, the beach is very safe also. "This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. "This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"The hotel is excellent. It is perfectly situated at the foot of the castle and the old town and is within easy walking distance from both beaches and dozens of top quality restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel is clean and the rooms are well-appointed. It also has a superb restaurant of its own."

The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view. "Enjoyed our stay here, got in early at 1.45.pm and didn’t seem a problem to the staff. Room ok for the price and we had a sea view. Breakfast was great and the young man that served us was fantastic and very engaging. He also helped us out by lending us his phone to call next accommodation as there was a problem. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. PS lovely little town with such a neat castle to wander around."
