Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. "We enjoyed our stay here. When we first arrived we found that our room was kind of small. I asked for a larger room and the front staff was very accommodating, allowing us to change to a larger room the following day. They even moved our luggage so that when we returned after a boat excursion, at 7:30 PM, everything was there! The breakfast is very nice and the cappuccino is excellent! In addition the cleaning staff is very thorough. The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk from the old city center and 5 minutes away from a pleasant public beach, and bus pick up locations for day trips. "
