"Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience. "

On the other side, some Credit goes to the breakfast buffet service: Great team: IDA D , IMMA , FEDERICA A,LAMIA, ARIANNA P and EMANUELE whom we have make it a must to congratulate before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions!
