Unfortunately I didn’t understand how far the apartment was from the main resort and I also didn’t know that we wouldn’t be able to find a car/taxi to take us the four kms from the final bus stop. I would have liked for the resort to have recommended that we pre-book a taxi from Balzano as we had a stressful start to our holiday."

"The room was clean and modern and had a great view of the mountains. I especially liked how the bed faced the windows so you can wake up to great views. The hotel also had good self service facilities for drinking water, hot water and ice. The ice came in useful as I injured myself during a walk and it was useful for cold compression. The staff was friendly and on hand to answer queries. Breakfast was decent too. The location was really convenient as it was near the main bus stop service especially if you plan on spending most of the trip in Ortisei. The hotel came with a free bus pass for the entire stay. I am already planning my next trip to the Dolomites and will be looking to staying here again."

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean, likely because they have been recently fully remodeled. The bed and bathroom are very comfortable, and there is plenty of parking space. The breakfast is good, and they even prepared a breakfast bag for us because we had to leave early before the restaurant opened. The only area for improvement is the main dish at dinner."
