Amazing ! Our favorite stay in Italy . The views were incredible and looked like a painting everywhere you turned. This was the perfect location in Tuscany , only 5 minutes away from San Gimniano . The space was ideal for our family and the pool was absolutely perfect. We would love to come back someday !

The views from this villa are unbeatable! From the pool, you can see the entirety of San Gimignano, from the patio you can see Tuscany for miles. The villa is spacious and comfortable! Only reason this isn’t a 5 star is because we didn’t know the family lives in the property overlooking the pool. It didn’t stop us from having a great time, but be aware this is a shared property. Alessandro was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay and we’d absolutely rent this villa again.

An amazing location with a spectacular Tuscan view. It is quaint small villa that is an extension of the main house. You have exclusive access to an amazing pool and small gym on the main house’s property. Tennis courts on the property also available. The layout of the house is good with a nice kitchen/dining/ living space and a nice out door patio. The mosquitos are pretty bad so bug spray and more are essential. The kitchen was not well stocked and missing some essential items needed for us as we wanted to prepare many of our own home meals. But a quick note to our host and much was rectified including the broken shower hose. The house was clean with the exception of a musty smell that had me sneezing. Maybe it’s been locked up too much.

Wir hatten vom 28.07.-11.08. das Ferienhaus gemietet und eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einem Privatgelände und bietet die totale Entspannung.Es ist extrem stilvoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. der große Pool ist ein Traum. Auch die Aussicht inklusive Sonnenuntergang sind einfach unbeschreiblich.Der Vermieter hat uns nett empfangen.Am Anfang hat mich gestört, dass der Pool im Blick bzw. vor den Fenstern des Eigentümers liegt. Aber ob jemand überhaupt vor Ort und das Haus bewohnt war, können wir nicht sagen. Aber ich hätte mir diesbzgl. einen Hinweis in der Anzeige gewünscht.Wir können es definitiv empfehlen!
