Noisy room on the ground floor. You could hear every word if someone walked by and the generator from the parking lot across the street kept we awake half of the night. Definitely not what I expect from a RIU Hotel. Very disappointed. Maybe you should invest in new windows. However, location and breakfast were great.

We liked our stay. The only downside was the confusing elevator situation. If you aren’t lucky enough to get a room near the main elevator, there is a lot of walking involved…we didn’t mind this except when we were lugging suitcases, etc.

"The parking at this hotel is horrendous! I was driving a large SUV and had an extremely difficult time navigating all of the poles in the basement. This hotel would be okay to stay if you plan on taking an Uber every where. Which is what we did."
