Its medieval old town, renowned thermal baths, mineral waters, and proximity to the Roman archaeological park of Carsulae along the Via Flaminia make it unique. The location is ideal for visiting the Marmore Falls, Narni, Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, and Rasiglia.



    The accommodation, perfect for romantic getaways or relaxing weekends, features a bright living area with lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. Outside, you’ll find a porch with private garden and panoramic valley views, plus a large private terrace where you can unwind in the open air.
