• Bathrooms: 2 independent bathrooms with toilets + 1 guest toilet.

• Living Room: Comfortable and bright, with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, washing machine, oven, ice machine, toaster, kettle). Stunning view of the pool. A television is also available.

• Additional Comfort: The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI (Fibre). Hair dryer and iron are provided.

• Pool: Heated and secure pool with alarm (dimensions: 8x4 m, salt treatment except in case of emergency).

• Terrace: Pool house with plancha, garden furniture for 10 people, outdoor furniture including 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols.

• Parking: Capacity for 2 to 3 cars.
