Room was clean. The fridge didn’t seem to work and a strange sound came from the bathroom every so often throughout the entire night. Didn’t complain but thinking now I should have said something

We fully enjoyed our stay here... Room was clean and there was plenty of room. staff was helpful. You had to ask for amenities like a hair dryer, but I believe you could get one. But it was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, there were enough outlets.. I can't think of anything negative about it. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Had a small fridge, no microwave, and no coffee in the room (coffee downstairs was very good) Overall, this place was great!!! Would recommend!

The staff at the hotel were very nice , they asked me how the room was right after checking and when I mentioned there is not much view they upgraded us at no charge

The rooms need a refresh, for some reason they put me in a handicap room which i guess was fine but weird, the shower was crappy and kind of broken. Staff was friendly and the site was nice. Not horrible not the best.

Unsafe and unacceptable service
I had two gold necklaces stolen from the safe. It took 2 hours for the hotel staff to follow up on this matter only to tell me they were not able to find the necklaces in the safe. Further the room walls are not insulated which let's you hear everything happening in the other rooms. We were also not offered our hotels.com silver vip benefits upon arrival.

My sister and I loved staying here and being in Japantown. The room was spacious but could’ve been cleaner—there was a lot of dust in the bathroom and the plug in there didn’t work. The staff was really kind and helpful. The lobby had great amenities like free water all day, hot drinks in the mornings, happy hour and even live local performers. The area is great and there’s many stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Steven was a great host, he has personality. I am sorry I can’t recall the name of the lady who hosted the wine hour, but she was a delight as well. I’ve been here throughout the last 3 incarcerations of this hotel and so far this is the best version. Will definitely return. Thanks!

Great location and staff!
You cannot beat the location of this hotel- walkable to all of pacific heights as well as Japantown, with easy access to downtown if you prefer. The staff is incredibly friendly and was very receptive to comments regarding room layout, etc. There are several cold, delicious water machines- at least one on every floor and the lobby is a wonderful place to wait as well- great art books, water station and tea/coffee. We will definitely be returning.

My stay at the Kimpton Hotel Enso was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious and we had a little balcony that overlooked the city. The staff was also great in accommodating a late check out for us.

We only stayed one night, and yet this was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. Staff was kind, professional and great with communication. I appreciate the detail in branding their experience, including the plant program (ask for a plant to be in your room!), live music, robes, wine hour, and ambience. I will gladly return to this property. thank you for a welcoming stay.

The staff was great. The bed was plush and comfortable. There was a big stain in the middle of the floor of our room which wasn't attractive when we first walked in. Otherwise the building and rooms were fairly nice and clean.
