Had to wait 3.5 hours after check-in to receive room key. Bathroom extremely small and very dated. These are small things compared to extremely noisy atmosphere coming from outside and other rooms. We were unable to sleep at all and checked out at 5:30 am. Very disappointing. Lovely hotel though.
