There was not many amenities and they did accommodate and change rooms but beds were not comfortable at all! There were no restaurants on site and expensive parking!! It was an ok hotel!!

Very unique hotel, not like the other hotel chains

Online shows "the best" views of the entire hotel. But the hotel was a shamble. We checked in.... after staff sluggishly asked if we have been helped.... ummmm we just walked in carrying all our luggage.... we dropped our bags at our room and went to eat. We returned about an hour and a half later to a room full of ants crawling all over our luggage! The hotel asked if we wanted someone to come spray.... ummmmmm, YES?! And we'd like a new room. I was told I'd have to get an approval from manager. About 5 mins later we get a knock at the door and a random guy hands us another door key and walls off..... no communication, Zero! Wefound the new room and the air didn't work. Tub didn't drain. Sink had minimal pressire and minimal water coming out. I can go on and on and on. WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed at. Worst staff experience ever.
