Nice environment nice area. The thing I don’t like from the hotel that I request for king size bed room and with City View So when we get there to check in front desk tell my that we are being upgraded for a Suite room instead was nice but heater not working so we ended out being downgraded to a queen Room instead 😩

It was a nice hotel ! The staffs were friendly! But they have really really uncomfortable or better saying worst mattresses! We stayed there for two nights and we couldn’t sleep well and all of us had backache the next day! We told customer service about our experience, he tried to cheers up for us , gave us free coupons for breakfast but didn’t tell us we have one option for order! And we paid for our free breakfast! But they reversed the resort fee for us! Anyway we didn’t want to spend that much for breakfast in city of food in California we could have better breakfast somewhere else!

Our heater in our room didn’t adjust, it stayed in the 60s. We called front desk and they said they would send someone up but no one showed up. We slept with sweatshirts to stay warm. I told front desk In the morning but she said she wished she could give us some sort of a credit but she couldn’t. Now I’m going home with two sick kids. :( Hotel is nice but disappointed with the service we received.

We cancelled our stay there because the Valet parking man was very rude in treating us . We are being descriminated by this valet parking man that ended up arguing with us . He keeps on shouting and yelling to us on the parking area . He refused us to park on the parking area even though we paid fot the valet parking . I called expedia for a refund . We did not able to stay in the hotel because we are very afraid and we feel not safe to stay . I hope I can get a refund .
