This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has been remodeled. It was nice before, but is now refreshed. The staff is great and our bed was incredible. We will be back.

I stayed for 6 nights and one day, the room was not cleaned. I spoke to the receptionist and she said that they didn't clean the room because I had put the plate, which I never ever do that. The housekeeping staff was already gone so I couldn't get the clean service. They never said sorry for that. Other than that, the hotel was quite an average.

You always have EXCELLENT employees. Nicole went out of her way to help me when I had 2 planes cancel. I knew I would arrive after midnight. When i went to thank her the next day she knew it was me and called me by name. Ruben is also wonderful. he helped my boyfriend out with late coffee as we didn't get to hotel until late. Your cleaning staff and kitchen all friendly. 5 x A Plus Rating

Hotel smelled like fresh construction from their ongoing remodel, not their fault really but it was a strong smell in the room and halls. Noise started early. The first night we arrived it was late and we ordered food from the restaurant. I was waiting for our order to be ready and the solo line cook was licking his fingers as he cooked. Not cool.

$19 for breakfast? Seriously? That's really dumb especially at the price point we're paying. It's cheap and it's nickel and diming your customers to death! BAD Policy! Front desk staff said they took for the info to the manager which I take his code for I'm not going to do it darn thing about this. Too many other options to consider staying at this property again if they're going to keep up with this dumb policy. Plus, the property was undergoing significant renovations so they could have really done a solid for their customers by waving the $19 fee.

The property was located in a quiet business park area which made the stay relaxing. I was impressed with the quality of the food and service in the restaurant. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Friendly staff and very clean
We stayed overnight for a volleyball tournament. Staff was excellent very friendly. Very clean hotel. The only issue was I forgot my pillow and went back after the tournament and they didn't have it. Would think they would hold on to stuff for at least 24 hours. Other than that the stay was great.

I am a tourist, booked the room and received the confirmation. At check in the staff rudely refused to check us in coz I didn’t bring my physical ID. Even though I had my ID in the application from my country.

Had to go through multiple steps to access free wifi even with a Hhonors account. Otherwise,clean and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff. Close to shopping area and restaurants. Easy access.

Very nice hotel in a good location to explore. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Loved that we were within driving distance of the city, the beach, and wine country. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well.
