The property is well situated and convenient to shops being attacked. I did however find the building a little dated. Cleaner asked on one occasion if we actually wanted our room clean. It was late in the afternoon so we declined however requested fresh towels. I was told that she only had enough for the rooms she had left to clean. This would suggest that she was not intending to clean our room. She added that fresh towels would be brought to the room. They never arrived however. I found the staff down stairs serving at the bars more interested in socialising with each other rather than serving customers. I observed a number of people walk away instead of being served!
