"Helpful staff,calm and relaxing place,tasty coffee ."

"It was a great place with very helpful people. It was a steep climb up to the village, without a car you would not see as much of the surrounding area."

"Great place! Quiet. Comfortable."

"Excellent hotel with super friendly staff, very clean and beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable."

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"Knowledgeable and friendly staff, with good local recommendations and attentive service"

"Loved the hotel, staff was wonderful, room was super clean, everything worked fine, and daily breakfasts were plentiful and varied and delicious. Outdoor dining and patio were nice. Location is great, on-street parking was a prior concern but not at all a problem for our entire stay. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect location."

"Everything was great and it’s a beautiful place "

"We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with an easy walk into the historic centre while still being in a quieter area. Parking was simple and convenient, which was a big plus. Our room had a balcony that we enjoyed, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucca."
