Flat kept in poor state with blocked bathroom sink on arrival(given chemical to unblock andfixed) also the only window to outside broken amd not able to close resultimg in air con being of very limited helpmamd quite noisy particularly at night. Also sofa ded was extremely dirty and had a broken piece of metal sticking out which could have resulted inan injury. Walls in mediocre state with many stains and marks and linen ever changed in a 2 week stay despite requests( only towels after asking) and we would.expect that as basic in a long stay as well as a clean that never took place. All the above mentioned to host via messaging but never acted upon except chemical for sink and towel change 1 week on only since requested. Overall kitchen appliamces ok buy severe lacking of usable utensils and drying cloths

This stay was great Food is buffet style but had a wide range The staff were lovely The pool is warm and clean Great links to wider attractions Adults only so no dealing with small children Local shop for everything we needed at a very reasonable price

Very good hotel but needs improvements with maintenance. Food is good quality but drinks very poor quality if you are staying in all inclusive. Room are very good space and decor , the rooms are not properly clean during our stay , floors never clean. Is very difficult to change towels for the pool, only twice a week and in my case I went 2 times on the Tuesday trying to change towels and were all gone . Very good Pools for the children, beautiful location near sea . We enjoyed our stay but probably not returning to this hotel.
