"Not a family friendly hotel. Let’s be clear, this is a very nice hotel, but not a place to go with your children. One of the best features of the hotel is its pool: it has a wonderful view on the mountains, it is “inside/outside,” heated and has a shallow kids pool section, it has a bar, and a wonderful sauna. "Bad experience trying to cancel my las night after 3 nights of staying due to my daughter getting injured skiing, but they didn’t even try to refund at least a part of the last night. I ask them in one night of advance. Had to leave the hotel and get her checked next day in the morning, so I think they are all about the money. "

"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"
