"Such a gem! We really enjoyed our stay. The host was great and had an entire book of local places to see and places to eat! The house is within a reasonable distance from Salerno. We were able to catch the train from Salerno / Pompeii and Naples. We enjoyed our stay very much. it was perfect for our 3 dogs and our cat to run around in the completely enclosed property -surrounded by olive trees."

"The hotel is next to a lake, but does not view the water. The location is a few miles from area towns, but the roads are very winding and 6 - 7 miles take about 25 minutes to travel. The hotel is in great condition and very clean, but the beds are stiff. We stayed a night and would probably stay in one of the area towns next time. The location is perfect for an alpine getaway when you don't want any city lights or activity around you. Restaurants require a drive."
