"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. "We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from?
