They cancelled our reservation 4 hours before the time to check in... at that time we had to make other arrangements!!! Just unbelievable...!!! Ruined the first day of my Vacation.

It's more like a motel than a hotel. The rooms really need some upgrade and the shower area is really small. The 'grab and go' breakfast option is another low point of the hotel. I guess the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Everything was great! Felt comfortable and safe there. Room was nice and spacious. It was a very quiet place while we were there. Hot tub was great. Would stay there again!

Because of its location, there's plenty of parking and the parking is free. There are a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Rooms looked like they had been updated.

The reservation was cut short as the State of California was taking over the property for illegal asylum seeking immigrants. This was delayed for a week but I had already booked another place for the 5 days cut short.

The room had fake wood flooring, which I liked compared to carpet. However, the beds are on standard bed frames with wheels and moved a lot.

I did not feel safe with my daughter. The safety lach on the door in my room was broken. We ended up leaving. Too many people hanging out outside, playing loud music, too much traffic, and overall not a place I would ever recommend. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get refunded.

I enjoyed my stay and customer service at the Ramada. The facility was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not good. A bummer because I was excited for it. Other than that, I was pleased and would return again.

Great place except...
Beautifully remodeled hotel. Rooms very clean, service great, plenty of parking, shower had great water pressure, adjustable showerhead, soft big towels, good location. Only issue was the noise. Could hear neighbors walking around most of night and one person came in about 1 am and the door slammed so hard it shook the building and woke us up. Too bad, we loved the place except for noise.

Front Desk was very rude the guy and the female I talked to was very rude and didn’t want to do anything to help me with my issue. Nor give me back my refund but after a while I got it back it was just too much of a hassle I would never go back there again

While we were waiting for our room. We walked around and saw bugs in the window rails. That was gross. We didn’t elven want to imagine inside the room. The outside looked very run down.

Comfortable but disappointingly dirty
Great deal on a mediocre place to stay at. I've stayed at Ramadas before, but this stay seemed unsanitary given the state our world is in and the measures that are supposed to be taken to keep clean. The floors were FILTHY! It's not comfortable to have to wear shoes INSIDE your living space just because the floors are dirty and you don't want to track it into the bed or bathroom space. There were also ants on the desk, so we chose not to even use the desk space because of that. Lastly, the shower. The door is supposed to keep water from spraying out, but the design is terrible to the point where there was water EVERYWHERE on the bathroom floor and my boyfriend used our only bath mat to soak it all up and we had to keep it at the bottom of the shower door to prevent more leakage. If you are sensitive to noise but want to sleep in, this is not the place for you either. The windows are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING outside the room (people walking and talking while passing by, gardeners, even the maid service rolling their carts around.) Other than that, the bed and pillows were comfortable, sheets were soft and clean.

Honestly it was better than I thought it was going to be. The hotels pictures really need to be updated, cause everything looks to have been updated. The room was beautiful with two queen beds and a flats screen. Amazing AC. And a gorgeous bathroom. The pool was nice as well as the jacuzzi. Trust me, this was a great room.

Not happy for the 1rst time ever
We had a promised disabled room...The Management was asked questions for accommodations by Hotels.com before I booked,and would not have booked here if I would’ve known they hotel couldn’t deliver...I am very disappointed I could not get properly ready for my daughters wedding...plz understand if a disabled person and asked for a disabled room there is a reason!!!

The rooms were pretty clean, except the floor... The beds were comfortable, but housekeeping only clean the rooms when requested. Perfect for families. Overall it wasn’t bad

I pay attention to small details. No dust on picture frames, light shades or in the corners no debris on the floor behind the curtains. AND all of the towels smelled GOOD. I’m talking, fabric softener good. Not just water and hot dryer scent.

I liked the staff and their customer service. I did not like that it was listed as a hotel, but clearly a motel. The door had a space in it allowing tons of noise, cold air and everything else in it. There's also giant glass windows stretching floor to cieling. Normally would be nice, but when someone is able to walk right by and just peep in if they wanted to with ease, it doesn't make the stay very comfortable.
