We are going through a full renovation starting in May which will replace all furniture in the rooms! We do our best to eliminate/treat the rare cases of ants in the room but understand the frustration.

Sorry to hear about the pet discrepancy. We require each guest to complete a form regarding their pet. This way we can inform guests of the pet fees associated. We do not charge for service animals as long as it's compliant with ADA laws and the animal performs a specific function/task for the owner.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Sorry to hear about the temperature issues and shuttle. We do provide complimentary transportation and are happy to provide compensation for the Uber/Cab fare up to 25.

Thank you for your feedback. Parking is 19 per night and is one of the lowest rates for San Diego hotels. There is nearby street parking available as well. We do also charge for laundry but understand this may not be the case for all locations. I hope our staff, location, and amenities made it an enjoyable stay!
