Stayed couple of nights. Power went off. Hilton doesn’t have a backup generator. Slept all night without power. No hot water shower. Shower didn’t have hot water. Complained to staff but they were very rude and wasn’t helpful. Went to my Friend’s house for shower. Managers were not available to talk to. Will never stay here again. I will never recommend. Terrible service.

Clean. There is a construction going on bear the hotel so it was a bit annoying when walked around. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Itvhad alot of things that dont work and thr bathroom furniture is old the beds are hard and they make yiu buy things with out you concentrate they say is mondatory and had to pay 80dls for packing not a place that i would stay again.

For the price, it is worth it. Downside: If you will call customer service, they don’t answer calls or if they will it takes a good 3-5minutes before answering the call. The property balcony is too rusty, not properly maintained.

Loved the location. Spacious rooms and staff were friendly. Cons: had to call two days x room cleaningas they appeared understaffed and did not clean ours. Cleaning crew were nice but unfortunately stressed. Restaurant: food was fine, very friendly crew. The nearby walking/ running trails were priceless! Proximity to excellent food destinations was great.
