Beds are very nice our king size room Was good size. Only thing I suggest is there really isn’t anything in this area, you must get transported only one place to dine, but it’s an amazing steak house.

We enjoyed the king size bed and the extra room with the bunk bed for our 12 YO daughter. Also, the breakfast was great! So many options and we enjoyed the downtime while eating.

As we arrived I was directed to park. I came with my large family of 6. Including one toddler. Large Chevy suburban. Paid for parking 24.99 Arrived to the covered parking lot I was directed to near the elevator. My suv did not fit well in the parking spots. I parked there regardless for 10min to unpack and unload my family and sleeping child. And I was willing to move my car to an outside parking place. I came back to a letter on my dashboard telling me to learn how to park. And I need to re learn how to read. Mind you it was 10min of unloading. Extremely disrespectful. Went to my room and the tv in the living room area did not work only the tv inside the room.

The photos are misleading. We stayed in a suite with two double beds and a sofa sleeper, and barely had room to move. The breakfast offerings were lackluster, the parking lot was tight and difficult to navigate. The room itself was shabby and dated. The only highlight was the employees, who were incredibly kind and helpful. Will not return, and probably won’t stay at any Best Western property in the future.

The young lady at the desk was very nice. However the breakfast was not the best. No hot water for the oatmeal, no fresh fruit, cold sausage, and out of spoons. Could hear a weird sound later to find out that it was the mini fridge. Walls thin and could hear everything. The bed was very noisy. Not good water pressure for the shower, hot water limited in the room.

Suite was too small for family of 6. Not once did room service come in to take garbage bags out or clean room. Beds are very old and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend. Front desk employees were nice and friendly.

The worst Best wester we have ever stayed!. The AC was not working, there was water coming in through the window and it was wetting the carpet. We ask if we can get another room and they were so rude and said that’s all they had take it or leave it. We ask for more pillows and towels never got them. Over all the worst experience we have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend to no one

The hotel is older so there were a few things not working well such as the bedroom heater, the bathroom fan. The WiFi wasn’t very good and you could hear a lot through the window. Overall it had a great location with friendly staff.

Staff upon arrival at noon was not helpful. Called for 3 hours in the morning to try and alter my booking and check in time alittle earlier but phone was off the hook for 3 hours. Filed a complain and got nowhere. Came back at about 8pm that day to check and front desk staff checked me in only to find out the room she gave me had someone already in there checked in under my name. Luckily the Hotel manager which I forget the gentleman’s name was very helpful and making sure me and my family got our issues resolved in a very timely manner.
