The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. We were welcomed right away and we both got a complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie. The young lady walked us through free warm breakfast times and WiFi information. Upon check in I asked if it was possible to get a ground level room as my fiancée just had surgery a few days ago in which they already had our room ready on the main floor (1pm). We only asked this since there is no elevator. When we got to our room we had a secret second room onto our king size bed (2nd room had a queen size bed) so we ended up w 2 beds and a nice little bathroom. Our last hotel room that was a fancier hotel in Tijuana didn’t have a microwave but we have one here ❤️. It’s super close to the harbor and all sorts of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely book here again.

Nothing terribly outstanding either way. It is an older hotel. With outdoor room entrances it has a bit of a motel feeling. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and we got early check-in on ground floor... The rooms were not carpeted therefore when the upstairs people moved about it was noisy.. They went out around midnight and made a lot of noise coming and going including leaving early AM so not a good sleep
