"The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. The room had a balcony and hammock, overlooking the harbor and ocean. Daily housekeeping and fresh drinking water were provided. Breakfast was basic but adequate, as is typical of South American hotels. We had an afternoon ferry, so we had access to the pool, towels, and coffee and tea. There were two pools, and a pleasant garden."

"The place is very chill, clean and quiet. Nice little pool to jump in and refresh. There is a nice little patio/lounge area that is totally underused. It would be nice to have a little music out there and offer drinks in the afternoon and evening. A sign on the bar said that they have drinks but no one was ever there. The breakfast is nice. Very simple and basic but tasty, filling and good coffee while you chat with the other travelers. "

"The location is perfect! I was attending a conference at the USFQ GAIS campus, which was a mere one block from Casa Playa Mann. It made it easy to run back to the room between conference sessions. Besides being one block from USFQ GAIS, the hotel is also one block from the gorgeous Playa Mann. We could walk into town in 5-10 minutes. We stayed in room #4. The bed was very comfortable. "The place was fine. I would stay there again. My gripes are that the WiFi didn’t work (and is likely running on hardware that hasn’t been updated in 8yrs) - just stop advertising it as an amenity if it doesn’t work reliably rather than making me spend time experimenting. And the bathroom in room 11 had a smell that came up from the shower drain. It wasn’t horrible, but it was definitely noticeable - largely suppressible for several hours by taking a long shower with plenty of soap. "
