"The room is nice and clean and has good air conditioning and hot water. Location is excellent. The only bad experience I had wasn’t with the hotel itself but with the agency they use for guest accommodations. I contacted them about airport transport and was told to message their agency SUP Tours. They tried to charge $35 for a $3 taxi ride. When I told them this was very expensive I was sent a long disrespectful reply telling me I shouldn’t visit the Galapagos if I don’t have the budget for it. Completely unacceptable."

It's in a great location across from the main pier with a handy mini mart next door. The hotel provides breakfast to go if you have a day trip and filtered water on premises for use which I thought was a great offer."

"Located just a short walk from the main ferry dock and very close to playa Mann. The roof top views of the town and ocean are incredible. We had a balcony with a hammock facing the ocean.
