Spacious home located in Punta del Hidalgo, a 2-minute walk from the coast. Surrounded by nature, the sea, and the mountains. The area features natural pools and pools suitable for swimming. Along the coastline, you’ll find the beaches of El Arenal, El Roquete, El Arenisco, and Los Troches, as well as a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

An ideal area for hiking, surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking…or simply take a stroll while enjoying the spectacular sunsets with views of Mount Teide.

The house has two floors; on the upper floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with access to a balcony and a spacious, modern, and functional bathroom with a large shower stall, sink, and toilet.
On the lower floor, there is another smaller bathroom—also with a shower, sink, and toilet—and a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. From there, you can step out onto a pleasant, spacious terrace with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast or lunch, or—if you prefer—sunbathe or simply relax with a good book.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a side table, and the space is completed by a TV stand featuring a 42-inch Smart TV with access to major streaming platforms and local television. The accommodation features high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic), ideal for remote work. It also has a table with 4 chairs for your meals.
The kitchen, located in the same space, features an induction cooktop and oven, as well as some small appliances such as a toaster, juicer, microwave, and kettle.

The two main bedrooms each have a double bed and a spacious closet for clothes. It’s worth noting that both bedrooms are exterior rooms with access to balconies, making them very bright and offering views.
The third bedroom has a desk and chair, as well as a comfortable single bed. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire home.
