The service was excellent. We were able to see the whales from our room with binoculars. My only concern was that the all inclusive did not include beverages in the room fridge. If you wanted a soda you had to go to the bar.

Pros: elegant hotel in a beautiful setting; courteous, well-trained staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and sent us a gift when they learned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary; our room was large and comfortable and had a balcony with a view of the harbor. Cons: we have stayed at many all-inclusives, and the food here was a real disappointment; some dishes were quite tasty, and the fruit at breakfast generous, but other selections were mediocre at best. The meal at the Mediterranean a la carte restaurant was hardly recognizable as such and was barely edible. Additional wait staff are needed, too. Food services in a four-star hotel should be at the same level as the rest of the services.
