"Staff great and it is beautiful setting. Dinner with pork and a beet salad delicious, and breakfast also plentiful options. The room is large and has fireplace and balcony. Need more floor mats so not slip in shower. Tried massage and shout out to Susanna (who was better than other masseuse I had). Very relaxing stay. "

"Great location just outside the city with privacy, quiet and wonderful Mountain View’s. Staff was very helpful with getting information on the driving conditions on Route 40. We were there during a quiet time. A few staff did a lot of work. Grounds are very nice. Pool needed a bit of maintenance but that wasn’t important to our group of 6. Dinner was nice. Breakfast was very good. The whole place is a little older but we enjoyed the charm and the environment. There’s a large common area where one can sit for drinks or games or a rest. "

"Walter, the owner, was a wonderful host; Friendly, helpful, and eager to please. Breakfast was excellent. Since Walter purchased this location a few months ago, he has invested a lot in making it as nice as possible, and the rooms reflect recent renovation. Unfortunately, he has not been yet able to reopen the restaurant and bar, so those amenities do not currently exist. However, there is no shortage of restaurants and bars within very easy walking distance."
