"Absolutely stunning property with great staff and service. Exceptionally clean, great rooms, heavenly beds, great food/restaurants, beautiful beach and pool area. The shuttle service is very helpful for the massive property. Didn't get to golf this trip but the course is in great condition as well. The place is dead after 9pm, which wasn't an issue for us but could be to some people who are looking for some sort of nightlife/bars. If possible fly into the new airport to avoid the 2 hour drive from Tocumen (new airport is 15 mins away) but not a big issue either way. Will absolutely be visiting again! "

"Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel. "

The property was stunning, the pools were perfect, the complimentary happy hour was a very pleasant surprise, the food at Fuego was amazing, the complimentary breakfasts were the best among the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip.
