"We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt overwhelming if you preferred to relax instead. The balance was just right. The buffet food had a great variety of dishes to choose from each day. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and catered to a range of tastes, so there was always something to look forward to at mealtimes. We were there out of season so can’t comment on the kids club etc as there weren’t many children. Rooms were a great size and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a great holiday experience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a team of staff who clearly care about making your stay special. Definitely recommended. "

"Do NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT it is nothing like the photos it is Dirty run down and Smelly. We arrived and left an hour later after after reporting it to VRBO immediately and sending them Photos. VRBO Refunded me in full. It is DISGUSTING.The owner is not a nice man after speaking to him he said he would put a curse on me. This really does need taking off the letting market. "Everything was completely 100% spot on, the studio with every little detail covered that you could need in an apartment, the staff, all very friendly and so helpful, the young guy in the restaurant just brilliant help with my gluten intolerance. "Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should have been by email and messaged through you. However the lady representative did her best to help me using Google translate. . Had we arrived in the dark there is no way we could have accessed our accommodation. "
