"On the positive side, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were welcoming and attentive, which made check-in and any interactions pleasant. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety to start the day. However, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The carpets appeared very worn and unclean, which gave the space a neglected feel. The mattress in my room was uncomfortable—lumpy and uneven—making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. The most concerning issue was finding a roach in my room (217) the night before checkout. This was very unsettling and, unfortunately, overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of my stay. I did report this to the front desk and hope it is addressed promptly. While the staff and service were commendable, the condition of the hotel and cleanliness issues need significant improvement."
