Everything was great at this hotel. 8 minute walk to Doge Palace. Staff was helpful and kind. Clean place. Breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommend this place.

He was extremely patient, resolved my situation with grace and his demeanor was such that has made me calm and helped me to accept the offer from the hotel which was good. Which in other circumstance might have been received differently. I would go back there in a heartbeat!
