LORI'S HOUSE [ * a stone's throw from the sea * ]

We are located in the heart of the “San Filippo Neri” residential area. Across from our building is a playground adjacent to the local school complex. Next to the building’s entrance, at street level, there is an Apulian dairy shop offering local specialities.

Everything is within easy reach: a café with food service just 100 metres away, a tobacco shop 150 metres away, a stationery and bookshop 10 metres away, a bakery and ice cream shop just 20 metres away, a baby store 50 metres away, a Conad supermarket 50 metres away, and a Tigre supermarket and pharmacy 300 metres away. Across from the pharmacy is a pizza-by-the-slice shop, which is also open on Sundays.

In addition, the street where we’re located has little traffic and is therefore quite quiet, especially at night, but at the same time, the centre of San Benedetto—which is entirely pedestrian-friendly—is about a 10-minute walk away.
Grottammare Beach is 600 metres from our property and is easily accessible on foot.

The reinforced front door leads to the entryway with a mirrored closet, which opens onto the spacious living room/kitchen complete with a three-seater sofa, dining table, a cabinet with glasses and mugs, a 3-drawer chest of drawers, a TV with cable channels, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, an electric oven, and a microwave, an air conditioner, and a foam fire extinguisher. The carbon monoxide detector is located in the kitchen, near the boiler (built into the exterior balcony) and the stove. The kitchen/living room opens onto the outdoor balcony, which overlooks the playground and the school building directly across from the property. The living room leads to the bathroom, which features a shower stall, washing machine, heated towel rack, changing table, two sinks, and a large mirror. Finally, the sleeping area: the first bedroom has a single-and-a-half-size sofa bed and a single bed with a ceiling fan; the other has a double bed and air conditioning. All windows and French doors are equipped with mosquito screens.
