No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax...

"The property and location were just perfect! We absolutely loved our stay; thank you Emmanuel. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. Otherwise the property had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!"

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer neuen und voll ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt am Ortseingang. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto in 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können den Pizza-Lieferdienst in der Ortsmitte auf der rechten Seite empfehlen. Sehr leckere Pizzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kleine Anmerkung: Wer mit einem größeren Auto anreist ( länger als 4,5 Meter) wird Schwierigkeiten haben in den Innenhof zum parken reinzufahren."

"The Appartment had everything what you could wish for a nice vacation. Located just 30 minutes by car from the airport, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. A supermarket is nearby and with a car you can reach nice beaches and also Cagliari. The communication was quick and easy, also check in and check out was very easy!"

In order to reach the nearest bus station, supermarket or restaurants, you only need walk for approximately 10 minutes. Our host, Stefano, is a very communicative, friendly and helpful person. "The host was kind and the property was clean but the location wasn't great and aspects of the property were not good. I didn't feel safe, the property wasn't secure and could be easily broken into with doors and windows that opened from outside and no lock. There were also no curtains just thin see through sheets on the window. The location wasn't great. Right next to a main road. Very noisy but also nothing close by. No shops or restaurants and transportation other than driving poor. "

"Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating for guests while waiting for cocktails from the bar or while waiting to be seated to eat a meal in the on-site restaurant. The amenities were ample and easily accessible to the guests. The property was close to the airport, but in a noisy, dirty, unsafe industrial area. It was not conducive for walking into town or anywhere else. Perhaps a free or very affordable hotel shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the airport would help? 😎"

"Un incubo.Abbiamo passato i primi due giorni a pulire la casa, sporco ovunque, tv che non funzionano, lavatrice rotta sostituita il secondo giorno, piatti e posate ed utensili vari che non vedevano un detersivo da mesi, se non di piu.Ho dovuto mettere le batterie ai telecomandi.Piscina piena di melma in pessimo stato di manutanzione; solo discutendo con il proprietario siamo riusciti almeno a provare a rimuovere il grosso, ma il sistema di depurazione non funzionante non ci ha permesso di utilizzare la piscina neanche per un giorno.Abbiamodovuto lavare lenzuola ed asciugamani , senza togliere i vestiti dalle valigie perche gli armadi maleodoravano.La residenza ha sicuramente del potenziale, se manutenzionata e pulita.Una vergogna assoluta nel 2025.A litigare tutti i giorni con titolare e figlio e far notare anche tutte le anomalie anche strutturali, lavandini divelti, doccia con tubo rotto.E non ne hanno voluto sapere di restituire parte dell'importo come rimborso per i disagi.Vacanza rovinata.Assolutamente da sconsigliare.Inoltre abbiamo scoperto che con molto meno si trovano alloggi anche in riva al mare.Ci siamo lasciati ingolosire dalle foto, per poi trovare una location Assolutamente in stato di abbandono.Vergognoso, ho dovuto chiamare l'avvocato per chiedere il rimborso dei disagi ricevuti.Hanno accampato scuse ridicole.Assolutamente da sconsigliare."

"The Best Hotel Residence Italia is a great option if you're planning on visiting Cagliari and Quartu Sant Elena, or even for a stop over before moving on to other places in sout east Sardinia. It's super close to the Poetto beach, you can either walk there (15 minutes) and see the beatiful flamingos in the lagoon or take a bus (bus stop across the street) and get there in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was spacious and spotless as well as super quiet. There are many didining options within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back :) "

Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away. Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax on the balcony! The bed was very hard and quite uncomfortable for us. A car is an absolute essential. The apartments are in a residential area with a beach at the end of the road and a supermarket at the other end . Very handy. There are one or two restaurants that you can walk to but it is a very busy road. The marina is a short drive with a restaurant/cafe and it’s lovely. They are building a pool on the plot of land next door so there was some daytime noise (we stayed June 2025). A great holiday, very enjoyable. "
