From proper wine glasses and steak knives to a fully equipped kitchen and outside BBQ area. Step-free access connects the living area, pool terrace and one bedroom/bathroom. Ideal for guests who value privacym space and comfort.



    The Space:

    VillasRoyale Rex is a spacious townhouse designed for comfortable indoor-outdoor living. Large private terrace, heated pool and BBQ area creating plenty of space for dining, relaxing and spending time together, dining tables indoor and outdoor comfortably seats 6 to 8 guests. The villa is furnished at a high standard level and the kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking and dining. The living area, pool terrace, one bedroom and one bathroom are accesible withour steps.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have excluive use of the entire villa, private terraces, heated pool and BBQ area. Step free access is available to the living area, pools terrace, one bedroom and one bathroom.



    Interaction with Guests:

    Our team is personally available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00. Outside these hours please contact us by WhatsApp; the number will be provided before arrival. We use translation technologu, so written messages help us communicate clearly in different languages.
