  • Sunrise Sea View welcomes you to San Agustín, Gran Canaria—a peaceful area perfect for families and couples seeking relaxation, with beaches, leisure activities, supermarkets, and pharmacies just a few minutes’ drive away. This 260 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, each with a modern ceiling fan and private bathroom. The spacious living-dining area features a work space, reading nook, and air conditioning for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker and capsule coffee machine. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, baby cot and high chair (available on request), a small exercise area, and board games for family fun.



    Enjoy your private covered terrace and open terrace, both with a private barbecue and sea views. The outdoor pool is for your exclusive use. Paddle courts are a 15-minute walk away, and thalassotherapy centers and mini golf are nearby.



    Parking is easy and close to the house. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are prohibited. Smoking is not permitted. Minimum check-in age is 18. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Commercial photography is not allowed on the property.

Pros: Las zonas exteriores, piscina, chillout, terraza. Cons: Me gusto todo.
