Friendly staff. Good location. Basic but clean accomodation which is a little dated but adequate. Was there firbfive nights and offered to clean room half way through but did not need it. No AC is the only real issue with the apartment especially when coupled with the terrible mattress protector which you will probably want to remove to get a good night's sleep. The pool was rarely busy with lots of loungers though not many umbrellas to get shade. There is a bar and snack bar by the pool which is a bonus, I only had lunch there once and was good. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants about. For those of wanting to visit yumbo it's a 15 minute saunter.

Sehr zentrale Lage. - Metallbettenrahmen die bei jeder kleinsten Schlafbewegung knarrten :-((( - Keine Utensilien zum Abwaschen vom Geschirr. - Nach 1 Person Duschen kein warm Wasser mehr. - Zimmer Service sehr mangelhaft. - Kein free Wi-fi, kostet separat. - Keine Weiterempfehlung unserseits.

Tråkigt pool område . Inga madrasser på solsängarna så obekväma . Ingen pool bar som var öppen . Bra hotell bäst är läget . Trevlig personal i receptionen. Vi bokar gärna igen . Dock inte ut mot gatan då det är hög musik sent på kvällen och sopbilen kommer tidigt på morgonen

Siisti perushotelli hyvällä paikalla. Riittävä kun ei suuria odotuksia. Kohtalaisen tilavat huoneet, nähtävästi kunnostuksesta ei pitkää aikaa. Puutteena palveluiden ( ravintola, baari ) puute. Huoneet varjon puolella.

basic, but it was what we had paid for, everything we needed to cook meals, excellent help at reception, what really surprised me was the number of English speaking channels on TV, plenty for kids, films at most imes and docomentarys too, have paid more in higher rated properties and not had this, only comment is me personally I wish the bed were a bit higher to help with my poor knees, but again that is my problem and would definitely stay there again

The efficiency of staff checking in and in general a great team work there. Also No at the pool bar is great, so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for him to help in any way. Well done all. I will be going back there.

I was disappointed, my room wasn't the cleanest. Also above me the first and only night I stayed out of 5. I was put off as it seemed run-down and people above were making noise with their TV being loud, arguing and sounding very ill indeed with their health. I've definitely had better stays.

Muy buena ubicación. Establecimientos con distintos servicios muy cercanos, incluida la estación de guaguas que te permite moverte por casi toda la isla, Las Palmas, aeropuerto etc

Struttura enorme ad alveare con camere puzzolenti e poco areate. Persino i bagni non hanno ventola di aspirazione area la quale è collegata con la cucina! Totale mancanza di aria condizionata e ventilatori. Tutto è a pagamento, sia dal telecomando TV sia la Wifi (lentissima e carissima: 4 euro al giorno). Piscina piccola con chiusura ore 19 dopodoché il nulla: chiude anche il bar e qualsiasi attrazione. Pentole minuscole, cuscini troppo sottili, odori dei vicini che entrano in casa.
