Comfort bungalow, central yet quiet, 100m to the promenade by the dunes

Well-equipped, well-kept bungalow in a small, quiet complex. A very nice bungalow with 1 bedroom in a small, quiet complex of only 6 units with a heated pool in Playa del Inglés. Excellent central location and still very quiet. Approximately 100 meters to the beach promenade above the dunes and less than 100 meters to the 'Cita' shopping center.
The bungalow has a living room with an integrated fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge with freezer, satellite TV with flat screen, air conditioning, tastefully designed bathroom with shower, a terrace to the garden with an inviting pool. Free WiFi, shared washing machine and safe.

Special thanks to maid and pool cleaner everything spotless, maid even washed dishes . Roberta booked us a taxi for return to airport, they arrived early and came to the bungalow, excellent service, thank you very much and will definitely return and will recommend to anyone .

Top Bungalow in zentraler Lage

Die kleine Anlage mit 6 Reihenbungalows, Garten und Pool liegt sehr zentral zu Strand , Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gut eingerichtet, hell , freundlich, sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung, keine Beanstandungen.

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Hervorragende Betreuung und sehr guter Eindruck von der Sauberkeit sowie sehr guter Erhaltungszustand. Eine kleine, ruhige Anlage unter deutscher Leitung mit beheiztem Swimmingpool. Dass hier überwiegend Stammgäste Urlaub machen, lässt tief blicken. Ledglich die Lage in Playa de Inglis gibt uns Veranlassung, im nächsten Jahr eine andere, den gleichen Inhabern gehörende Anlage zu bevorzugen. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

Wonderful stay at the apartment

The apartment is central located (near the Cita Center), but it's very quiet. The apartment was perfectly cleaned, the kitchen very well equiped, the beds / mattresses very comfortable. It was like the bungalow was newly renovated. The team in charge of the booking and on the spot was very efficient and quick. Many thanks to all of them! The stay here was just! I would definitly recommend this Bungalow ;)

Sehr schöne ruhige und gepflegte Anlage.

Wir haben uns von Anfangan sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser kleinen schönen Anlage,es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man seine eigenen Mahlzeiten problemlos zubereiten kan.Der Bungalow und die gesamte Anlage wurde in unserem 10 tägigen Aufenthalt mehrmals gereinigt und frische Handtücher wurden in ausreichender Menge bereit gelegt.Frau Beucker Torres hat sich gleich am nächsten Tag nach unsere Anreise erkundigt ob wir noch etwas wünschen.Unser nächster Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage im Dezember 2019 ist schon gebucht und wir freuen uns auch schon auf die Langzeiturlauber die wir in dieser Anlage kennenlernen durften.

Absolut zu empfehlen!

Top Anlage, top Organisation und Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Sauberer und gepflegter Bungalow. Schönes, grosses Bad, sowie eine gut ausgerüstete Küche. Schlafzimmer mit guten und bequemen Betten, grosszügiger Wandschrank. Allgemein viel Stauraum. Flachbildfernseher mit Sat. Empfang, gutes W-LAN. GrosszügigeTerrasse mit 4 Stühlen und Tisch, 2 Liegen, für alles hochwertige Sitzkissen und Auflagen, sowie robuster Sonnenschirm. 2 mal wöchentliche Reinigung des Bungalow und der Anlage, das gilt auch für den grosszügigen Pool. Der Bungalow entspricht 1:1 dem Beschrieb, wenn nicht sogar besser und kann von uns nur empfohlen werden.

Wunderschöne kleine Bungalowanlage in Toplage. Großzügige gut ausgestattete Bungalows mit eine schönen kleinen Pool.Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig und nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Anlage.

Einzigartige Lage und jederzeit wieder

Wir möchten uns unseren Vormieter anschließen. Genau wie auf der Internet- Seite beschrieben. Gepflegte Anlage, Top- Bungalow, sehr übersichtlichund absolut sauber. Bei Ankunft stand ein Obstkorb, Wasser, Sekt bereit. Sogar ein Weihnachtsstern stand auf dem Tisch. Die Vermieterin ist sofort erreichbar, wenn es ein Problem gibt. Der von ihr organisierte Transfer war einwandfrei. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Alles per Fuß zu erreichen, Auto ist wirklich nicht notwendig. Mittendrin und doch absolut ruhig. Wir können und werden diese Anlage nur weiterempfehlen u. kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Grüsse A.u.S. aus dem Saarland

Klasse Unterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier hat alles gepasst. Der angebotene Taxitransfer war perfekt. Der Fahrer hatte die Schlüssel für das Appartment. Wir bewohnten das Appartment Nr. 1, auf den Bildern ganz links gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Man hat alles was man braucht. Eine moderne Küche mit Backofen und Mikrowelle. Hier kann man sich auch selbst gut bekochen. Der große Fernseher verfügte über viele Deutsche Programme. Die Anlage ist sehr zentral gelegen, man geht nur etwa 2 Minuten zur CITA. Dennoch sehr ruhig! Wahrscheinlich liegt dies daran, dass viele Stammkunden im Rentenalter die Anlage als Winterquartier nutzen. Wir haben die zwei Wochen mit unseren Mitbewohnern genossen. Zweimal pro Woche wird geputzt, aber richtig geputzt! Die junge Dame hat sich wirklich ordentlich bemüht. Da sollte ruhig mal ein kleines Trinkgeld gegeben werden. Ebenso gut ist die Pflege der Außenanlage. Unser Fazit: kann man bedingungslos weiterempfehlen!!

Optimaler Familienurlaub

Die Anlage ist optimal gelegen: in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand auf der einen und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der anderen Seite. Die Lage ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Ferienanlage ist bestens gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung exakt wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und beschrieben. Die Betreuung seitens des Vermieters ist perfekt. Alle Fragen im Vorfeld der Reise sowie vor Ort wurden exakt beantwortet, Wünsche oder Probleme sofort aufgenommen und schnellstmöglich erledigt. Eine sehr zuverlässige und freundliche Betreuung. Wir fühlten uns ganz schnell wie zuhause und können die Anlage uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Freundliche und Kompotente Betreuung

Die Anlage ist sehr Sauber und gut Ausgestattet (großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, 4Plattenherd mit Backofen,Wlan und Tv deutsche Sender) Betten bzw.Matratzen sind gut. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen deutschen Metzger. Am Abend gibt es genügend gute Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe alles in allem kann man die Anlage mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen
