La Casucha de Chulilla, design house for dream stays.

La Casucha de Chulilla, design house for dream stays.

10/10 Excellent
"What an incredible little town! Amazing small town Spain, straight out of a movie or book, exactly what you think of when you think Spain. So much character in this town and home that it's impossible to mention it all. The home/town are off the beaten path, roughly 45 minutes to Valencia, but well worth the drive. The home has been completely updated but somehow managed to keep the charm you would expect. All the pictures are accurate, nothing exaggerated. AC in all the major rooms/bedrooms so we were very comfortable. The views from the windows were amazing. Short walk to the Castle ruins which you can walk through, breathtaking views. Parking is a bit tough, took us about 8 minutes carrying heavy luggage and the parking lot is often full, and the overflow parking is a good bit away. But all in all it was worth it and I would do it again. Highly recommend!"

VILASIRA Rooms & Wines - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent
"Located on a quiet country road, off the beaten track, this hotel is the definition of tranquility. Every detail has been carefully chosen to enhance your experience. An extensive range of books on the local wine growing region can be found in the lounge area along with information about the local area. Quality, natural materials can be seen in every corner, from the Bali day beds by the pool to the linens in the rooms. We had booked a comfort double room and on arrival given a free upgrade to a superior, which was a lovely surprise. A huge comfortable bed, sitting area, separate shower and bathroom all tastefully decorated in quality materials. By the pool, overlooking vineyards, the charming owner, Ricardo gave us a welcome drink of local Cava and a glass of local Bopal red wine, delicious. Breakfast was served in their restaurant offering regional products, which there was ample and tasty. All the staff were attentive and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking peace, relaxation and a bit of luxury. We hope to return."
