Awesome Stay

A cute and perfect place in the growing city of Boerne, TX. Loved the privacy of the guess house and all the nature surrounding it. I will stay again in the future when I return.

Quiet Country Cottage

The guest house was really a hidden gem! Tucked out of the way for privacy it really gave a taste of the Texas Hill Country vibe. Even tho it is down a country road we were just a short drive away from all that Boerne has to offer. Kitchen is great and bathroom & bedroom have all you need. Can definitely recommend this place.

Hill Country Getaway

My husband and I wanted to stay in the Hill Country but decided to look at places besides Fredericksburg, since we have stayed there several times. We chose this location because it was more isolated but still close to a town. It was perfect for us. It was cozy and had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay.

THIS IS A GREAT, QUIET, COMFY PLACE!!! A good deal for the money!!!The only bummer about this place was the cleanliness of the floors. I like to go barefoot, and kept having to wash my feet due to the dirty floors. The bathroom was the worst. Hair and gunk hadn't been swept up before we arrived. I learned later that the owner had a new housekeeper, so maybe she just forgot to clean the floors?

Great country setting within 40 miles of San Antonio and just outside of Boerne.

I loved the decor and the country setting of this property. The check in and out were super easy. This house was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The only thing I wish it had was a dresser so I could unpack my suitcase. There are a few end tables, baskets and shelves available for use but I missed having a dresser. This property does not have a hot tub as advertised, but that was not an issue for me. The outside deck could use some updating. The location is just outside of Boerne, which is a quaint town with alot of shopping and restaurants. It is also within driving distance of other communities and San Antonio is only 40 minutes away. I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Cute little cabin in such a peaceful setting! It was very clean and Melissa was great. Only problem was a mixup with Expedia. They have this cabin listed for up to 6 people, but it only has 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. We were a party of 5, but had thankfully brought a blow up twin mattress. Melissa was very apologetic and said she’d try to get the listing fixed. Even though we were a bit crowded, we enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway cottage

We spent 9 days here conducting business and visiting family and friends. The VRBO cottage was a wonderful place to retreat to at the end of the day to relax in the Hill Country. Our hosts were helpful when needed but respectful of our privacy. Very convenient to Boerne and San Antonio.
