Welcome to The Silos, a single-story home in West San Antonio with room for up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a king bed, and a closet nook adds 2 twin beds for extra sleepers (it is not a bedroom). About 15–20 min to JBSA-Lackland and 20–25 min to SeaWorld. THE LAYOUT • 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed • Closet nook with 2 twin beds for extra sleepers (not a bedroom; best for kids or a flexible extra) • 2 full bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 1 has its own attached bathroom. • Sleeps up to 6 guests LIVING ROOM • Oversized sectional sofa and a big wall-mounted TV • Surround sound for movies and game day • Massage chair to recover after a long day at Lackland, SeaWorld, or downtown KITCHEN + DINING • Full kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stovetop, microwave, cooking basics • Coffee station with a drip coffee maker and a single-serve pod brewer, coffee provided • Filtered drinking water, plus a whole-home water softener • Dining table that seats 6 BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: king bed, TV, accent chair, attached bathroom • Bedroom 2: king bed • Closet nook: 2 twin beds (not a bedroom) GAME GARAGE + EXTRAS • Pool table in the garage • Tesla Wall Connector EV charger (48A, Level 2). Teslas plug in directly; non-Tesla EVs must bring their own J1772 adapter (not provided). • Washer and dryer in the home, plus iron, hair dryer, shampoo, and essentials • High-speed Wi-Fi • Central AC and heating • Fenced backyard • Free parking on the premises: the driveway fits 5 cars, plus a 1-car garage. GUEST ACCESS You'll have the whole home to yourselves. Self check-in with a smart lock; your door code and arrival details are sent before check-in. COMMUNITY AMENITIES (SHARED, NOT PRIVATE) The HOA community pool, park/playground, and a community grill by the playground are shared with the neighborhood. Guests can use the shared, seasonal HOA pool on their own; it closes seasonally. You're welcome to take a small cookout to the HOA grill next to the playground. Please follow posted HOA rules and hours. GOOD TO KNOW • Check-in after 4:00 PM (self check-in, no latest time); checkout by 11:00 AM • Maximum 6 guests. No parties or events. • The primary guest must be 21+. Kids and babies are welcome. • No pets (service animals welcome as required by law) • No smoking. Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Exterior security cameras cover the front yard, the backyard, and the doorbell. There are no cameras inside the home. • Wi-Fi details are shared after booking.
