Home stay in San Antonio

My parents, sisters and nephew and myself all stayed together at this house, traveling to the area to watch my brother graduate from the airforce. It was conveniently close to the Lackland base, only about a 15 minute drive. The area and homes surrounding the house are a bit run down, but most of the neighborhoods we saw in the area surrounding the base were similar. The house itself was nice, and had comfortable beds! I recommend it to any traveling to this area.

Host is very argumentative and won’t resolve any issues you may have. I reached out to inform the host that the toilet was not working and that me or my guest couldn’t connect to WiFi only to get no resolution. I had to fix the toilet myself and we went without WiFi connection. The floors were still dirty in one of the bedrooms. They only provided towels not wash cloths so bring your own. When I reached out to the host and told them CLEARLY that I was having issues with the toilet and WiFi they followed up with what’s the issue like I didn’t just state the issue. Once I stated my issue about the toilet and WiFi the host told me that the guest downstairs wasn’t having issues. I don’t know how they think 8 ppl from one unit then another 8 people from the downstairs unit could all connect under one box. Host never did respond with a resolution but texted me this morning about check out details lol I have younger children who likes to use their iPads and they were unable to the whole trip! Very disappointed but I’m glad my stay was in and out. I would never book again for any event that I may have in Austin in the future!

Decent home still doing work to it

Home is decent but area is not the greatest. Cleaning people did a very poor job. Found dirty towels and a very nasty crusty rag in the shower with a bunch of bars of soap with hair on them. Don't walk around bare footed broken glass all in the yard. Multiple door hands broken. The hot water never got hot.
