Single Family Home 3 Bedroom Near All Attractions and 10 miles to Lackland AFB

Great home located only 10-15 minutes from the Alamo, Riverwalk, Sea World, Six Flags, Lackland Air Force Base, the Airport, and many other tourist attractions. Enjoy this spacious home remodeled in 2017 featuring 3 bedrooms (with 1 king and 2 queen beds), Samsung Smart Tv with Wifi and apps in all rooms, 2 bathrooms, an open concept family room with a large modern sectional and 60 inch Samsung Smart Tv with Wifi and apps, formal dining room with seating for 6, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.), and an office with a desk, two reading chairs, and wireless printer. The house has a large fenced back yard with patio furniture and a gas grill, perfect for an outdoor family barbeque. The property is located in the Northwest part of San Antonio, with easy access (less than one mile) from the 410 freeway. The grocery store (HEB and Walmart) and a variety of restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the best conveniences is you can walk one block to a convenience store that has just about everything. Most tourist attractions are also very close by - Alamo and RiverWalk (15 minutes), Sea World (10 minutes), Six Flags (10 minutes), Airport (10 minutes), Lackland AFB (10-12 minutes) stay at our comfortable home and enjoy everything that San Antonio has to offer.

There is a small garage, but is used to store garden and rental supplies, and cannot be used to store a car or moving supplies.

Short Term Rental Permit #2018-0026. This is a LEGAL rental. Please know that host that do not have a permit number are ILLEGAL. The city of San Antonio is shutting down illegal rentals. TO BE SURE YOU HAVE A RESERVATION WHEN YOU ARRIVE for your vacation, be sure to ask for the permit #.

DOG RULES:

NO DOGS OVER 50 LBS OR UNDER 1 YEAR OF AGE

The dog fee is $75, $90 for 2 dogs. No more then 2 dogs are allowed ( 2 dogs = $150 ). If you haven't paid that fee through the website, please inform us so we can make arrangements. Please note that the pet fee DOES NOT pay for poop removal.  All pet owners are responsible for poop pick up. If that is not acceptable, it would be better to choose another property. Please understand that  these rules allow us to continue offering this service.

Please take a moment to read some housekeeping items about pets.  We are dog owners and dog lovers, and we like our guests to bring their pets, because we know from personal experience, how that enhances a vacation and simplifies the arrangements.  We ask you to follow some simple rules, that are, of course, not necessary in your own home, because your pets are used to their own home environment.  Also, please reflect that the home is used by pet owners and also by others who do not tolerate pets.

When you are not home, or not supervising your pet, we ask that you kennel them.  Our home has been damaged from well behaved pets that altered their behavior in the new environment.  If you cannot bring a kennel, we will provide one for you.  Worst case, we ask that you close the pet in a bathroom. when you cannot supervise your pet.

Do not allow pets on the beds for any reason.

Please pick up all pet waste from the yard before you leave. There is a $25 fee per poop pile. 

Do not use the white towels for pets (or makeup).
1 Brown towels is provided for your dog.

Please control barking, so we do not disturb the neighbors. 

Outside of the home, please keep your pet on a leash. Please do not allow your pet to disturb the drip system.  We have had to charge fees to repair the drip system from curious dogs. 

I hope these simple rules do not impact your vacation.  They are necessary so we can continue to allow pets in our home.  Thank you so much for your consideration.  We consider it an honor that you chose our home, and want you enjoy your stay, and return in the future.

Guests may leave 5 Kitchen size (13 gal) bags of trash per week.  Please use the brown trash bin only. We do not recycle. We get fined if trash is unbagged.  (Trash in excess of 5 bags per week must be disposed a different way.)
