Last second cancellation by owner the night before I was to arrive

Factual reviewI booked the property over 4 months ago The day before I messaged the host requesting the unit number.I received a cancellation from host within minutes of my request claiming that the unit flooded from the unit above, leaving me to book a hotel as no VRBO were availableHost ask for my phone number to discuss but never calledI received a refund to my credit card but very disappointed with the timing…
