House had everything we could possibly need!

Great spacious house! Had plenty of bedrooms with bathrooms plus as half bath. Kitchen was large and outdoor area was relaxing!

Great Stay

The property is lovely, well decorated, and comfortable. The beds had top sheets and the bedding was very comfortable. There are a lot of amenities and even a gift basket we very much appreciated. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses, and pots and pans. You will need to bring your own condiments, etc. There is a CVS ~ 1 mile away so easy to get what you need. The host was responsive and there are a lot of clear directions. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful- home away from home.

This property is very spacious and perfect for spending time with family...and also having your own space. Loved cooking in the kitchen as there is plenty of countertop and it has all the tools you need. The area is safe and has sidewalk access everywhere for long walks or runs. Eric is the perfect host. He quickly responds and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. This is my second visit renting this home and I will continue to rent it. It truly does feel like home.

Overall house was very nice and clean My critiques would be the following- -No chemicals for the spa as advertised -Water/Ice filter on fridge didn’t work -Main TV downstairs was extremely hard to figure out how to use and I’m a pretty tech savvy person. -Was given the incorrect wifi password in my emails, it didn’t indicate the need for capital letters on 2 of the words and so the all lowercase password we were given didn’t work so we didn’t have wifi Overall it was a fine experience and the house was very nice, I just think for the price these things should have been a bit better

Great house

Very clean with plenty of linens and towelsOpen kitchen / dining / living so everyone feels together.Spacious bedrooms with good closetsGREAT deck. Wish we had time during our visit to take advantage of it.Location is perfect for the NSC, Sea World, and Fiesta Texas.Easy access to HEB.There is a master bedroom downstairs and another smaller master bedroom upstairs. If two families wanted to stay together, they could do so.Outstanding communication with the hosts before and during our stay.Price is fair for the location and size of the home.This will be the first house we look at the next time we visit San Antonio.

Spring Break 2023

The property was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very uncomfortable as if we were sleeping on futons. Also, we are used to sleeping with top sheets and the beds didn't have a top sheet. I would take my own if we ever stay again. Be prepared to take passwords for the television. We didn't and we were not able to watch television.

Wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our time at this home. Great communication and all was exactly as described. The only comment we would make is the kitchen supplies could use updating, and we would have liked to have top sheets on the beds. There also seemed to be a slight problem with low water pressure. The house itself is beautiful and in a prime location. Thank you!

Great property in great neighborhood

The checking-in process was flawless. The property was as advertised and the host responded quickly to our needs. The neighborhood is in a quiet part of town with easy access to SeaWorld. We were even able to witness some decent fireworks. I would stay again.

Beautiful house with lots of room!

This was a great house for a family. Very spacious and the kids have their own space. Kitchen was beautiful with lots of room. You can only stream on the TV’s which we knew little about, however, Eric quickly responded and helped us stream live tv. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and we weren’t fans of not having a top sheet. The area is safe with plenty of streets to walk/run.

This property was like being at home. We have 5 kids and the space was amazing. Very clean and the owners responded quickly to any question we had. Was on top of the better places we have stayed in.
